Role Description

This full-time, on-site Leasing Professional role is based at a residential community in Tempe, AZ. The Leasing Professional will greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and clearly explain lease terms, pricing, and community features. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up with leads, assisting with lease applications and approvals, and ensuring accurate lease administration and documentation. The role also focuses on resident retention through proactive communication, conflict resolution, and supporting a positive living experience. The Leasing Professional will collaborate with onsite management and maintenance teams to coordinate move-ins, manage renewals, and help achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Strong resident-facing skills, including Resident Retention and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including processing applications, preparing lease documents, and maintaining accurate records.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with residents, prospects, and team members in a clear and professional manner.
• Previous experience in property management, leasing, multifamily housing, or a related real estate field preferred.
• Ability to work on-site, including weekends or evenings as needed, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with property management software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in handling resident information and lease documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
