Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Mesa, AZ to manage leasing, marketing and resident relations at a property. You will conduct tours, greet prospects, qualify renters, and process leases, while maintaining data accuracy and following established sales strategies.

The role requires on-site attendance, strong customer service, and the ability to implement retention programs and market outreach. Highest priority is delivering exceptional resident experiences and meeting leasing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and marketing plans.
• Contribute to property upkeep, model and common areas as needed.
