Job summary

Legacy Partners is seeking a on-site Leasing Agent to manage marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing of apartment homes. You will coordinate Move-In information forms, greet prospective residents, provide tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

The role requires availability Thursday through Monday and offers on-site, full-time employment with an emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and efficient office operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate move-in information and resolve resident issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, give property tours, and explain lease terms.
• Support marketing efforts and outreach; stay informed on local amenities and competitor properties.
• Provide excellent resident relations and help with move-ins and communications.
• Process applications, collect deposits, and maintain lease records; manage daily phone/email traffic.
• Inspect apartments and common areas and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Collaborate with the team to meet leasing goals and maintain a professional office environment.
