Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a 250-unit Midrise community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage move-ins while maintaining show units and coordinating with maintenance.

This role requires flex scheduling, a valid driver’s license, and ability to meet occupancy targets. Responsibilities include executing annual marketing plans, managing referrals and employer outreach, and

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to resident move-in and ensures units are move-in ready; coordinates with maintenance.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow community policies on concessions and specials.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach, using Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
• Uses property management software to track availability, traffic, and leasing activities, and collect resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors, communicating with maintenance, and preparing leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease renewals.
