Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will manage tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signings to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

The role involves inspecting units, staying informed about market conditions, and driving traffic through marketing initiatives and resident referrals. Travel to assist other properties may be required, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, and prepare lease documents.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are in move-in ready condition.
• Monitors market conditions and competitor activity to sustain occupancy and sales.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community and manage referrals and outreach programs.
• Uses on-site management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and coordinates with maintenance for upkeep.
• Follows up with prospects and new residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
• Supports lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal letters and contacting renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to resident concerns and documents requests to appropriate teams.
