The Domain Cos Management LLC is looking for a Leasing Specialist to act as the face of our residential community, guiding prospective residents from inquiry through application, processing, and lease signing, providing a seamless, high-touch experience that reflects the quality of our properties.

You will lease apartments, drive occupancy, execute marketing activities with corporate partners, coordinate move-ins/move-outs, ensure property upkeep, and offer local area recommendations to

• Minimum 2 years of market rate leasing experience preferred.
• Prior lease-up experience is required.
• Customer-centric with a warm demeanor, positive attitude, and impeccable follow through.
• Knowledge of the city; knowledge of the local transportation options.

Responsabilités

• Prospect relentlessly to generate traffic, build a pipeline, and close leases.
• Develop, execute, and monitor a marketing and social media strategy in partnership with the corporate marketing team and property leadership.
• Create a memorable and seamless move-in and move-out for residents in collaboration with the property team.
• Ensure the property remains in impeccable condition; coordinate maintenance and inspections.
• Provide firsthand knowledge of the local area and our community; recommend activities and services.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting resident social events.
• Be proactive about solving problems and take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
• Seek opportunities to lead and help the company achieve its objectives.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a motivated and personable Leasing Specialist to serve as the face of our residential community and a driving force in our leasing performance. In this role, you will guide prospective residents through every step of the leasing journey — from initial inquiry and property tours to application processing and lease signing — delivering a seamless, high-touch experience that reflects the quality of our properties.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lease apartments to prospective tenants and maximize revenue by effectively selling the value of our properties.
• Prospect relentlessly to generate traffic, build a pipeline, and close leases.
• Develop, execute, and monitor a marketing and social media strategy in partnership with the corporate marketing team and property leadership. Conduct regular market surveys and track effectiveness of current strategies. Listen and understand the market landscape. Share insights and ideas with leadership and corporate partners.
• Create a memorable and seamless move-in and move-out for our residents in collaboration with the property team.
• Ensure the property remains in impeccable condition. Conduct annual unit inspections and coordinate maintenance requests. Follow-up with residents to ensure our products and services have exceeded their satisfaction.
• Provide firsthand knowledge of the local area and our community. Make recommendations about activities, local businesses, and services to ensure residents and guests have positive experience that meets their needs.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting resident social events.
• Be proactive about solving problems, even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
• Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required :

• High school or GED required.
• A minimum of 2 years of market rate leasing experience preferred. Previous sales experience also preferred.
• Customer-centric with a warm demeanor, positive attitude, and impeccable follow through.
• Prior lease-up experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to plan and prioritize efficiently and motivate/lead team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines/interruptions.
• Strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the city; knowledge of the local transportation options to include public and private transportation options.
• Maintain an organized filing system and office areas.
• Technically savvy, i.e., smart phones and computers.
• Computer proficiency included but not limited to Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands:

• This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
• Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
• May involve moving or lifting items at or about 40 pounds.

Work Hour Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the property as well as company needs.
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Competitive pay: $75,000-$85,000, with potential annual bonuses.
