Responsibilities

• Lead on-site leasing team and execute leasing strategy to achieve occupancy goals.
• Direct lead management, tours, applications, and lease signings while delivering superior resident experiences.
• Collaborate with ownership, marketing vendors, and leadership to align strategy and performance.
• Maintain inventory, pricing, concessions, and building programming knowledge.
• Prepare leasing reports and monitor market trends to adjust strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and regulatory requirements.
