Job summary
The Domain Companies is seeking an On-Site Leasing Manager for a premier New York City property. You will lead a high-performing leasing team, drive occupancy and revenue through targeted strategies, recruit and coach leasing specialists, and ensure an exceptional resident experience from first contact to lease execution.
You will collaborate with marketing, conduct market research, and maintain tenant relations while staying compliant with local laws.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in NY (or willingness to obtain one).
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years on-site leasing and/or management experience.
- Prior lease-up experience required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Establish leasing targets and monitor progress.
- Oversee leasing team with guidance, training, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with marketing to attract tenants.
- Conduct market research on trends, pricing, and competitors.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements while ensuring compliance.
- Maintain strong tenant relationships and retention.
- Prepare units for turnover with property managers.
- Provide regular leasing performance reports to executives.
