Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Forayna Davis Park in Durham, NC. You will market properties, screen applicants, prepare lease documents, and support property management efforts to fill units with qualified residents.

The role requires 1+ year of sales and customer service experience, and preferred leasing or property management background. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for marketing duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of property mgmt/leasing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Detail-oriented with urgency and a can-do attitude
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and qualify their needs
• Inspect models and ready units daily to meet standards
• Conduct outreach marketing as directed by Community Manager
• Monitor local sub-market trends and advise on marketing and resident satisfaction
• Complete lease applications and verify information for applicants
• Assist Community and Assistant Manager with reports and market surveys
• Ensure property appearance meets standards and report issues to Community Manager
