Atlantic Pacific Companies in Cary, North Carolina seeks an experienced Leasing Consultant for its Market Rate Community of 319 units. The role involves leasing apartments, screening applicants, collecting deposits, and coordinating move-ins, with weekend coverage as needed.

You will greet prospects, tours, prepare leases, manage move-in packets, and assist with marketing efforts while maintaining excellent customer service. Proficiency in Yardi, Bluemoon, and YieldStar is required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma and 1–2 years related experience in residential services, customer service, or sales.
Experience with marketing, sales, and customer service.
Experience with Bluemoon, Yieldstar, and OnSite or Yardi (CRM, Voyager, P2P) required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Cover leasing office on weekend shifts as needed.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Answers telephones and provides leasing information, schedules tours, takes maintenance requests, assists residents with needs, etc.
Greets prospects, determine their needs, show models and vacant apartments, collect application and holding deposit, explain and review applications, and prepare and explain leases.
