Alpha is seeking a dedicated Student Success Coach to join a full-time, on-site role at a campus. You will coach K–3 students through app-based core learning, diagnose decoding gaps, and design brief sequences to close them, staying with each child from launch to closing.

You have at least 3 years of direct work with children 4–9, plus structured-literacy training (LETRS, IMSE, Orton‑Gillingham, or similar) or a master’s in reading; a bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 3 years direct work with children aged 4–9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring or related settings.
• Experience coaching reading in K–3 within the last 5 years and a literacy training background.
• Bachelor’s degree; structured-literacy training or master’s in reading is required.

Responsabilidades

• Coach K–3 students through app-based core learning and diagnose decoding gaps.
• Lead short, structured literacy sessions for two to four students daily.
• Maintain daily routines and help students reach weekly app goals with gamified tools.
• Stay with students from launch to closing and address frustration with proactive plans.
• Collaborate with campus teams to ensure consistent literacy progress tracking.
