Job summary

Implementation Engineers, LLC seeks a Manufacturing & Operations Consultant to lead hands-on Lean and Six Sigma improvement initiatives across client plants and warehouses. You will diagnose, design practical solutions, and implement changes that drive measurable results while coaching client teams and belts to sustain gains.

You will operate on the shop floor, in the warehouse, and at the executive level, balancing statistical rigor with pragmatic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma in manufacturing/ops.
• Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose current-state operations end to end across plants and warehouses.
• Lead value stream mapping, kaizen events, and DMAIC projects to deliver measurable savings.
• Coach client teams and build continuous improvement capability on site.
