Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager for an on-site role in San Leandro, CA. The incumbent will drive plant-level continuous improvement, implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and mentor manufacturing teams to achieve measurable performance gains.

The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing, strong data analysis, and proven project ownership. Relocation is available, and travel up to 20% is expected for conferences and plant support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience for six+ years in related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• Manufacturing background in beverage or high-speed production is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze process data and financials to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plant-level continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational performance.
• Build and deploy Operational Excellence tools and systems for sustainable gains.
• Lead improvement projects from scoping through rollout with frontline teams.
• Coach staff in TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to secure support for CI strategy.
• Present results and KPIs to senior leadership and drive accountability.
