Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for the 3rd shift in Bowling Green, KY. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, monitors material deliveries, and drives safety, quality, and production goals with a hands-on leadership approach.

The candidate will train and develop team members, coordinate with other shifts, and implement continuous improvement initiatives under ISO and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to facilitate teamwork in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task assignments.
• SAP knowledge desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Trains, develops, monitors, and supports team members using standardized work instructions.
• Monitors warehouse and receiving operations to ensure product quality and material delivery efficiency.
• Assigns associates to positions to cover daily tasks.
• Assists team as needed to cover absentee operators as needed.
• Ensures compliance with Product Safety Procedures and related escalation processes.
• Communicates with other shifts to ensure consistency and goals are met.
