Job summary

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) seeks an On-Site Lead to serve as the primary on-site representative for the USCIS OSI PSD contract at USCIS Headquarters, Camp Springs, MD. This role provides day-to-day leadership, coordinates with the COR and CPM, and ensures contract performance against the PWS.

The successful candidate will supervise contractor personnel across multiple shifts and locations, oversee onboarding and training, monitor performance, prepare weekly reports, and uphold USCIS

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of overall government contracting experience.
• Experience supervising 25+ employees on a government contract.
• Experience managing personnel across multiple shifts and locations.
• Ability to communicate with Government officials and contractor staff.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and quality assurance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the COR and Contractor personnel.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for all staff at the site.
• Assign work, communicate priorities, and implement project requirements.
• Coordinate with CPM to ensure staffing and workload balance.
• Prepare weekly reports on team accomplishments and performance.
• Onboard, train, and guide staff to meet contract standards.
• Ensure compliance with USCIS policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Facilitate corrective actions and continuous process improvements.
