People Technology And Processes in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Technical Site Lead to act as the primary on-site manager and single point of contact with the COR and Government stakeholders. You will oversee task execution, staffing, scheduling, and quality across all areas of the contract.

Candidate will validate ECPs/BRDs, ensure rigorous reporting and deliverables, lead daily standups, coordinate VIP and COOP activities, and manage on-call rotations for continuity of operations in a DoD

Qualifications

8+ years of IT project or operations management experience in a DoD or federal environment.
Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams supporting enterprise-level IT operations.
Experience interfacing with Government Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), delivering artifacts, and managing risk, quality, and schedules.
Deep familiarity with DISA mission, SOPs, and Joint Staff support requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary on-site manager and central point of contact with the COR and Government stakeholders.
Oversee task execution, staffing, scheduling, and quality control across all task areas.
Validate completion of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Ensure compliance with reporting, documentation, and deliverables across the contract.
Lead daily standups and weekly syncs, maintain situational awareness, and enforce escalation protocols.
Coordinate VIP and COOP support activities and manage on-call rotations for continuity of operations.
