Job summary

BTI is seeking a Site Lead to provide daily onsite leadership for contractor personnel supporting USCIS OSI, OI, and FDNS from our Maryland operations. The role ensures operational continuity, workload balance, and effective communication with USCIS CORs.

The candidate will supervise 25+ staff across multiple shifts, coordinate assignments, deliver training, and provide weekly performance reports to drive mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or PMP certification.
• Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience managing 25+ employees.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and multiple shifts.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for onsite performance, professionalism, and operational issues.
• Communicate assignments, priorities, and project requirements to contractor staff.
• Provide workload balancing recommendations to the CPM.
• Deliver training to ensure contractor personnel can perform assigned duties.
• Provide weekly reports detailing accomplishments, issues, and operational updates.
• Resolve time and attendance, leave, and conduct issues.
• Ensure collateral duties do not interfere with mission support responsibilities.
