Newrez LLC is seeking a Supervisor of Homeowner Advocacy Analytics – Servicing in Coppell, TX. The role leads a team handling mortgage servicing inquiries, data analysis, and regulatory compliance, ensuring accurate case resolution and timely reporting.

You will work on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, driving root-cause analysis, trend evaluation, and cross-functional coordination to strengthen process controls and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; professional certifications are a plus.
• 6+ years in mortgage, controls, compliance, or audit.
• Proficient in interpreting mortgage regulations and servicing documents.
• Strong ability to identify and rectify mortgage account errors with precision.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Homeowner Advocacy Analysts, ensuring projects are tracked and delivered.
• Communicate findings with QA/QC Auditors to drive process improvements.
• Manage caseloads to meet deadlines and regulatory mandates.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve borrower, investor, and regulator inquiries.
