Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Ability to supervise, train, and support maintenance staff.
• Proactive problem solving and time management.
• Excellent communication with residents and vendors.
• Ability to work on-call and respond to emergencies.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and support maintenance technicians.
• Delegate maintenance tasks and prioritize work orders and resources.
• Perform and oversee general maintenance and repairs throughout the property.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general maintenance issues.
• Monitor maintenance requests and ensure work orders are completed efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized work.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in on‑call rotation.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Help maintain building exteriors, common areas and grounds.
