Job summary

You will manage preventive maintenance, respond to alarms, and coordinate with contractors, ensuring compliance with AES standards and company policies. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years working with commercial building operating systems and maintenance procedures.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in engineering.
• Experience with mechanical and hydraulic systems and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of CMMS and BAS systems for building management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering department staff and delegate preventive maintenance activities.
• Inspect equipment and ensure maintenance adheres to standards.
• Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety) and analyze performance.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and manage permits and inventories.
