Job summary

You will manage inventory, merchandising, and branding at the Supply Center, ensuring access to critical lab supplies while driving promotions and events.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service or retail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of proven experience in customer service, retail, sales, or related field.
• Organized with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Customer-centric mindset with awareness of markets, trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a scientific retail environment.
• Manage on-site inventory, receiving, restocking, and auditing stock.
• Maintain merchandising and branding standards of the Supply Center.
• Identify product opportunities and support on-site promotions and events.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to relay customer feedback and market trends.
• Use internal systems to manage orders and replenishment.
• Support training and backfill for SCS team as needed.
