Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Materials Handler/On-Site Support at customer sites in Massachusetts. You will manage on-site replenishments, observe safety protocols, and use handheld scanners to assist inventory, ensuring timely delivery and accurate data entry.

The role emphasizes strong customer service and collaboration with lab personnel to meet contractual requirements. Working 8:00am-4:30pm EST, Monday–Friday, you’ll operate in a fast-paced environment with PPE and heavy lifting,

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of customer experience preferred; lab experience is a plus.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Use inventory/order management systems for replenishments, disbursements, receiving, put-away, stock rotation, and cycle counts.
• Perform laboratory services such as order delivery, glassware processing, chemical inventory reconciliation, and gas cylinder changes.
• Analyze and reconcile reports to meet contractual requirements.
• Proactively address customer concerns within service timelines.
• Participate in safety programs and process improvement activities.
