Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Lead Service Support Representative to coordinate essential laboratory services and act as the primary liaison among customers, service vendors, and internal teams. You will manage work orders, service scheduling, asset records, and process improvements while upholding safety and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma required with 4+ years of experience in laboratory operations or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
