Qualificações

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in pharma/biotech/manufacturing or regulated industry.
• 3+ years of direct cGMP experience.
• 3+ years of people management or supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own site performance by monitoring KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Lead on-site operations and partner with PM, Ops, and L&D teams.
• Drive revenue growth, efficiency, profitability, and service expansion through account strategies.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges, implement improvements, and promote best practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
