You'll coordinate with warehouses and the creative team to support product drops. The ideal candidate has 2+ years' Shopify admin experience, familiarity with Klaviyo, and a genuine passion for fashion and footwear.

Responsibilities

• Upload and merchandise new products on nakedwolfe.com (Shopify), ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and categorisation.
• Make sure all products are live on site, correctly published, and presented properly across the catalogue.
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy on site, catching and flagging discrepancies with warehouse.
• Liaise with warehouses to track inbound shipments and delivery timelines.
• Chase warehouses to get new stock receipted in promptly for live launches.
• Notify team when shipments land and stock is ready, aligning on timing.
• Coordinate assets and timing with the creative team for launches and drops.
• Support Klaviyo email flows and campaigns tied to launches, restocks, and promotions.
