Responsibilities

• Upload and merchandise new products on nakedwolfe.com (Shopify), ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and categorisation.
• Make sure all products are live on site, correctly published, and presented properly across the catalogue.
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy on site, catching and flagging discrepancies with warehouse.
• Liaise with warehouses to track inbound shipments and delivery timelines.
• Chase warehouses to get new stock receipted in promptly for live launches.
• Notify team when shipments land and stock is ready, aligning on timing.
• Coordinate assets and timing with the creative team for launches and drops.
• Support Klaviyo email flows and campaigns tied to launches, restocks, and promotions.

Naked Wolfe is a fast-growing footwear brand known for bold, statement design. We sell direct-to-consumer through nakedwolfe.com and via wholesale and marketplace partners globally. Our LA team is hands-on, fast-paced, and passionate about product — and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

The Role

We're looking for a Junior Ecommerce Merchandiser to join our Los Angeles team. This is a hands-on, admin-focused role at heart. You'll be the person making sure every product is uploaded correctly, live on site, accurately stocked, and launched on time. You'll work closely with our warehouses to track incoming shipments and chase stock receipting, and with our creative team to coordinate product launches. It's a brilliant entry point into ecommerce and fashion merchandising for someone who is organised, proactive, and genuinely excited about the industry and has always had an eye for Visual Merchandising.

What You'll Do

• Upload and merchandise new products on nakedwolfe.com (Shopify), ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and categorisation.
• Make sure all products are live on site, correctly published, and presented properly across the catalogue.

• Liaise directly with warehouses to track inbound shipments and stay on top of delivery timelines.
• Chase warehouses to get new stock receipted in promptly, so products can go live without delay.
• Notify the wider team as soon as shipments land and stock are ready, keeping everyone aligned on timing.
• Partner with the creative team to coordinate assets and timing for new product launches and drops.
• Support with Klaviyo email flows and campaigns tied to launches, restocks, and promotions.
• Provide general day-to-day ecommerce admin support across the team as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience working with Shopify (product uploads, catalogue management, day-to-day admin).
• Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing or campaign support.
• A genuine interest in fashion and footwear — you follow the industry and care about product.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
• Confident, positive, and a great team player — someone who lifts the room.
• Comfortable chasing other teams (warehouses, creative, management) to keep things moving without being asked twice.
• Genuinely wants to grow within the company — this role is a strong foundation for a future ecommerce career.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a fashion, footwear, or D2C ecommerce brand.
• Familiarity working with multiple warehouses or 3PL partners.

Location & Hours

This is a full-time, in-office role based at our West Hollywood office — this is not a remote or hybrid position. You'll be on-site with the team every day, working closely with warehouses, creative, and the wider ecommerce team in person.
