We are hiring a Shopify operator to take ownership of our online storefront — someone who understands that how a site is built, merchandised, and maintained directly drives revenue.
This is a part‑time, in‑person role (3 days/week) based in Downtown Los Angeles, working inside a fashion design studio. You will work closely with a highly focused creative team and be responsible for translating product, imagery, and data into a site that performs.
What You’ll Own
- The day‑to‑day execution and integrity of the Shopify backend
- Product setup, collection structure, and site merchandising
- The visual consistency of the site — including hands‑on photo editing (crop, tone, color balance, light retouching)
- Product drops and seasonal transitions executed cleanly and on time
- Ongoing site optimization to improve conversion, AOV, and sell‑through
- Translating performance data into clear actions that drive growth
What You Are
- Deeply experienced in Shopify (not surface‑level — you’ve run a store)
- Visually sharp — you can see when something is off and fix it quickly
- Fluent in Photoshop or equivalent (fast, precise, consistent)
- Highly organized and detail‑driven without losing speed
- Comfortable working with data and using it to make decisions
- Have strong instincts around product, brand, and merchandising
- Prefer being in a studio environment, working alongside a team
The Standard
This is not a maintenance role. The expectation is ownership, taste, and follow‑through. The backend, the visuals, and the data need to align — and you’re the person making that happen.
