Naked Wines is seeking a Senior E‑Commerce Merchandising Manager to oversee online trading across US and AU sites, apps, and campaigns. You will drive product presentation, merchandising, and site health to maximize customer lifetime value.

The role requires hands-on leadership, 5+ years in ecommerce, and a strong focus on UX, analytics, and Shopify. Hybrid work in Denver/Sonoma.Managers also mentor the team and collaborate with UK counterparts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing digital storefronts.
• Experience with DTC retail or subscription models preferred.
• Strong UX and data-driven performance optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site trading across US and AU sites, apps, and campaigns.
• Shape homepage, product pages, carts, and checkout journeys.
• Partner with marketing to build seasonal trading calendars.
• Convert data into improvements boosting CVR, AOV, and retention.
