Job summary

Tatum by Randstad is seeking an entry-level to junior Buyer for an immediate contract engagement at a leading manufacturing facility in San Antonio, TX. The role covers daily procurement, PO generation, and supply chain tracking to keep plant operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include sourcing materials, PO management, data analysis in Excel, and coordinating with plant teams. JD Edwards experience is a plus; on-site 8-5, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience: Entry-level purchasing or 1–3 years in a manufacturing setting.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with MRP systems; JD Edwards is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Procure raw materials, additives, fluids, and production line components to support schedules.
• Issue, track, and manage purchase orders with high data accuracy.
