Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a junior buyer or similar role within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Place Purchase orders of MRO materials, services, finished and raw materials.
• Research, select and purchase quality products and materials.
• Review and manage workbench; track status of orders and substitutions.
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate best pricing.
• PO management, process requisitions, and report delivery status.
