Qualifications

• Desire to help others succeed.
• Ability to work effectively independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site job coaching and support.
• Help clients stay on task.
• Assist clients in communicating with their employer and co-workers.
• Complete and submit accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and their employers.
