Job summary

Lifespan Services seeks a dedicated job coach to support individuals with disabilities in finding placement and developing workplace skills. The role involves onsite instruction, transportation, and collaboration with employers to place clients in suitable roles across the community.

You will mentor participants, assist with intakes, maintain confidential records, and contribute to meeting quarterly revenue goals while delivering high-quality support and training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive to various locations.
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and employers.
• Mentor individuals to build social skills and independence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onsite job instruction to place individuals in appropriate, least-restrictive roles.
• Manage about 12 job placements per fiscal year and track goals.
• Serve as liaison between employer and employee, ensuring needs are met.
• Transport clients to locations safely and maintain confidentiality.
• Market to prospective employers to secure job placements.
• Complete intakes and maintain accurate records and billing weekly.
• Provide follow-along support and ongoing staff development.
• Meet quarterly revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with team to ensure successful outcomes for participants.
