Capabilities-3 is seeking a Job Coach to work with individuals with disabilities at their job site. You will help them learn the skills necessary to become independent and successful in their roles, building positive relationships with the individuals, their families, support team, and employers.

This position offers $19.00 per hour, with a $2/hour shift differential where applicable, plus medical, vision and dental insurance, a 401k with employer match after one year, PTO, paid holidays and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute and ability to use a company laptop.
• Clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles.
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
