Job summary

Access Community Care is seeking a Job Coach to make a significant difference in the lives of adults with disabilities. In this role, you will provide one-on-one coaching and support, ensuring clients succeed in their jobs and develop their skills.

Qualifications

• Desire to help others succeed.
• Ability to work effectively independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

As a job coach you will work one-on-one with a small caseload of adults and support them in their jobs in a multitude of working environments. You will go home at the end of the day knowing that you helped your clients succeed, made a difference in their life, and helped them grow their skills.
