Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a warehouse systems specialist for its Contract Logistics team in the United States. You will act as the on-site liaison between IT, regional operations and floor users, troubleshooting issues, supporting WMS functionality and maintaining master data to keep daily operations running smoothly.

This onsite role follows a Sun-Wed first shift or Mon-Fri second shift schedule, with pay at $36.12 per hour and a competitive total rewards package including health benefits, a 401k

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or similar environment.
• Hands‑on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS: Blue Yonder, SAP) and related operational technology (RF scanners, printers, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose and resolve system or process‑related errors.
• Working knowledge of customer requirements and how they translate into system configuration.
• Ability to bridge gaps between system capabilities and operational workflows.
• Strong interpersonal skills—including communication, teamwork, customer service, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for warehouse systems by serving as the primary liaison between IT, regional operations leadership, and warehouse floor users.
• Responsible for troubleshooting system issues, supporting WMS functionality, maintaining master data, training local users, and escalating technical problems to corporate IT as needed.
• Ensure smooth and efficient daily warehouse operations through proactive system monitoring and issue prevention.
• This job is onsite and works from Sun‑Wed (1st shift) days, or Mon‑Fri (2nd shift) nights.
