Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel is seeking an on-site IT support professional for our Contract Logistics warehouses in the United States. You will serve as the primary liaison between IT, regional operations, and floor users, troubleshooting WMS issues and maintaining master data to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with WMS (Blue Yonder, SAP), strong troubleshooting, and the ability to train staff on system features.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and related operational technology (RF scanners, printers, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose and resolve system or process-related errors.
• Working knowledge of customer requirements and how they translate into system configuration.
• Ability to bridge gaps between system capabilities and operational workflows.
• Strong interpersonal skills- including communication, teamwork, customer service, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.

• Monitor system performance and maintain WMS data, including location master data, SKUs, and system configurations.
• Support system updates, validate setups, and ensure alignment with customer and operational requirements.
• Deliver user support and training for warehouse staff, including onboarding and new system features.
• Maintain process documentation, update SOPs, and support accurate reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations leaders and corporate IT, on system upgrades and implementations.

Provide frontline support for warehouse systems by serving as the primary liaison between IT, regional operations leadership, and warehouse floor users. Responsible for troubleshooting system issues, supporting WMS functionality, maintaining master data, training local users, and escalating technical problems to corporate IT as needed. Ensure smooth and efficient daily warehouse operations through proactive system monitoring and issue prevention. This job is onsite and works from Sun-Wed (1st shift) days, or Mon-Fri (2nd shift) nights. Paying $36.12 per hour.
