Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Warehouse System Support professional in Charlotte, NC to act as the on-site liaison for warehouse systems. You will troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize WMS functionality, maintain master data, and train local users to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in shipping/receiving, inventory control, or warehouse ops.
• Hands-on with WMS and related operational tech.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Bridges system capabilities with operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site contact for system-related issues affecting warehouse operations.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for order management, inventory, receiving, and shipping errors.
• Monitor daily system performance and escalate issues to IT as needed.
• Maintain warehouse location master data and customer article/SKU info.
• Support configuration changes and system updates; validate setups for compliance.
• Deliver hands-on user support and local training on new features.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional ops leaders and deployment teams.
