Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support our national client base. This hands-on role goes beyond desk work, involving OS installs, hardware diagnostics, and structured cabling across diverse sites including retail, medical, and corporate environments.

You’ll work independently, be on call, and maintain a high level of professionalism while delivering reliable IT and telecom services. Valid license and a personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
• On-call availability 24/7 is a strong advantage.
• Certifications: A+ or Network+ or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables)
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions)
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments
• Maintain professionalism with clients and on-call responsiveness
