Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an IT Field Support / Deployment Technician to deploy and support showroom technology across the United States. You will install Apple Mac mini devices, connect to networks, configure displays and peripherals, troubleshoot onsite issues, validate the environment, and hand off a ready showroom.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT field support, network technician, desktop deployment, or infrastructure support.
• Strong practical knowledge of Ethernet, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN connectivity, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting Apple Mac/macOS hardware.
• Experience with display connectivity, including HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C.
• Experience configuring network printers, Bluetooth devices, USB peripherals, and common endpoint accessories.
• Ability to isolate hardware, cabling, network, configuration, and upstream infrastructure issues.
• Ability to independently execute onsite installations using documented procedures.
• Strong communication, documentation, customer-facing, and problem-solving skills.
