Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• 2+ years PC setup and configuration experience.
• 2+ years desktop support and hardware repair.
• 2+ years Linux/UNIX (RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS, Fedora).
• Advanced knowledge of Linux command line.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure network devices (printers, PCs, etc.).
• Troubleshoot problems with network printing and scanning devices.
• Perform data termination/activation in telecom closets (network drops).
• Repair and replace data connectors on network cables and data drops.
• Assist in relocating customer employees and activating data drops; troubleshoot LAN issues.
• Assist with imaging of laptops and PCs for deployment.
