Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries, based in Northern California, is seeking an IT Technician to support IT operations across the United States from Red Bluff, CA. You will troubleshoot via phone and remote tools and ensure a positive user experience, with hands-on PC, laptop, and printer repair.

The role requires strong Windows/Azure/AD knowledge, networking fundamentals, and the ability to work across time zones in a non-remote, on-site setting with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years’ computer and network troubleshooting experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server OS, Azure AD, and Entra ID.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with remote connectivity (VPN) and wireless/WAN/LAN.
• Familiarity with Zebra label printers is preferred; CCNA or A+ recommended.

Responsibilities

• Actively support IT operations across the U.S. with strong PC and network knowledge.
• Troubleshoot issues by phone and remote-control tools to resolve them.
• Communicate with users to provide positive results and experience.
• Build, diagnose, and repair PCs, laptops, and printers.
• Manage inventory of computer components and supplies.
