Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience in a business environment.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Entra ID or Active Directory for user management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support issues.
• Execute new hire onboarding and offboarding procedures.
