Job summary

Legacy Bank is seeking an IT Systems Support Technician to maintain and support the Bank’s IT infrastructure and enterprise technology environment on-site. The role includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing advanced technical support across servers, storage, networking, and telecommunications.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of IT support experience and a two-year degree or equivalent coursework. Relocation is not provided, and remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• One to three years of IT support experience.
• Experience supporting infrastructure systems.
• Relevant technical certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Configure and install IT equipment, software, and upgrades.
