Responsibilities

Direct work of hourly Union employees in S&R areas.
Reconcile Inventories of both Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
Work with crews on importance of Lot numbers for Trace, Hold, Recall.
Conduct Safety and Quality communication meetings with crews; set update discussions and schedules.
Meet all S&R budget applications.
Oversee shipping loads of FG; coordinate with Traffic, Distribution and Deployment on issues.
Manage special projects such as waste, pallets, inventories, computer systems.
