The role reports to the Information Technology Manager and involves implementing OS and software updates, monitoring systems, and supporting core applications while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or closely related field and two years’ desktop support experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with core systems, e-mail, and security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide endpoint support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, maintain and replace hardware, software, and network equipment.
• Maintain IT procedures and documentation for security, device and data protection.
• Support and configure core systems and regulatory compliance.
