Job summary

DirectViz Solutions, LLC (DVS) is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to work on-site in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on maintaining desktop and server systems, supporting users, and ensuring security compliance.

You will be the primary Helpdesk contact, triaging requests, provisioning accounts, deploying workstations, and coordinating with Advanced Services teams to keep systems running smoothly. A DoD8570 IAT Level II certification and a Secret clearance are required, with 1–3 years in

DoD8570 IAT Level II certification is required.
Secret clearance is required.
1–3 years of experience in Technical Support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic cross-organizational team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service by maintaining local and remote computer systems.
Act as a primary point of contact for Helpdesk phone calls and emails.
Open and update Support Requests based on calls and emails.
Triage Support Requests to determine priorities based on severity and impact.
Configure and deploy workstations and laptops.
Provide onsite client locations support as necessary.
Create and maintain accurate documentation and user accounts.
Support various customer software and hardware with third-party providers as needed.
Perform scheduled maintenance on desktops, laptops, and servers.
Provide basic VTC support on NIPR/SIPR networks.
