Qualifications

• 3 years of desktop support experience.
• Experience with Windows 11 installation/troubleshooting.
• Must have an active Top Secret security clearance to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide local area network support for desktop-related issues on both unclassified and JWICS networks.
• Resolve issues related to user workstations, software, and device hardware.
• Deliver Tier II support for PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware.
• Support up to 1,200 users across three buildings in Quantico.
• Monitor and respond to hardware, software, and network issues.
• Contribute to incident management and ITIL v4/ITSM aligned processes.
