Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking an IT Support professional to provide cross-location IT support across PCA sites. The primary worksite will be the Columbus – Main Plant, with occasional visits to Edinburgh, Gas City, Vincennes, Middletown, and Fairfield locations as needed.

The role requires 5–9 years IT experience in manufacturing settings, strong Windows skills, and hands-on experience with VMware, SCCM, AD, and O365.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years in ITS related area.
• IT knowledge of computers, laptops, tablets, servers, mobile units, VM environment.
• Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, switches).
• Experience with VMware and Microsoft Server environments.
• Experience with SCCM and Active Directory.
• Experience Supporting O365 including Outlook and MS Teams.
• Experience handling help desk requests and software.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• Understanding of VLANs, DHCP, SSH.
