Job summary

Hollingshead Mixer Company in Avilla, Indiana seeks an IT Systems Administrator to be the primary on-site tech resource. You will support employees, local infrastructure, and business apps, escalating to SRM teams as needed.

Responsibilities include AD/Entrа ID management, DNS/DHCP, network troubleshooting, and disaster recovery coordination. The role involves occasional after-hours support and travel to SRM sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in systems administration and desktop/network support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network services.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site IT support for office and manufacturing operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, monitors, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, AD, Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Troubleshoot wired/wireless networks, VPNs, IP addressing, and local infrastructure.
• Monitor backups, perform maintenance, and assist with disaster recovery testing.
• Coordinate with SRM engineers for complex incidents and security issues.
• Document configurations and support procedures for repeatability.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and equipment provisioning.
