• Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone.
• Provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups.
• Provide instruction on newly released functionality.
• Deliver presentations to line staff.
• Monitor compliance with data entry requirements.
• Review training materials.
• Provide technical assistance with data warehouse.
